Shipping & Returns
All orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 workings days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and festive periods). Please note that charges may vary depending on location, weight and size.
We dispatch our parcels using Royal Mail. All parcels are tracked, insured and will have to be signed for upon delivery.
We ship worldwide, if your country is not listed please contact us on: email@example.com for a shipping quote. Please be aware that there may be extra charges (e.g. customs, duty or taxes) in your country. It is your responsibility to check first as we will not be responsible for any extra charges that may occur.
In line with the PayPal policy, any purchases made via PayPal will be dispatched to the registered PayPal address.
Returns & Refunds
We strive to deliver great customer service however we understand in the rare occasions things can go wrong. In the rare circumstances should you not be happy with your purchase, we offer straight forward refund or replacement policy. If you choose to have a refund, you will need to return the item to us in its original condition. Once we have received your item, we will then issue you a full refund minus postage costs.
The Following Items Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged:
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged in transit, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital Downloads
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
